1. About AtSeat

AtSeat is a dine-in discovery application that helps users find nearby places to eat. Users can browse places without logging in. Certain features, such as adding items to a cart, require authentication.

AtSeat does not currently support online payments, table bookings, or advertisements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using AtSeat, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

• Browsing is available without login.
• Features like Add to Cart require login.
• Login is performed using mobile number + OTP.
• New users may be asked to provide:
  • Name (required)
  • Email address (optional)

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Disrupt or interfere with the App's functionality

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

5. Third-Party Services

AtSeat uses third-party services to provide core functionality, including but not limited to:

• Map and location services (e.g., Google Maps or similar providers)
• Search and place discovery APIs
• Infrastructure and cloud services

These services may receive limited data, such as:

• Approximate or precise location coordinates
• Technical request data required to fulfill map or search functionality

No personally identifiable information (such as your name or phone number) is shared unless explicitly required for functionality.

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Location-Based Services

With your permission, AtSeat accesses your device location to:

• Display nearby dine-in places
• Show your current city or area in the App

Location access is optional but required for location-based features.

7. Data Usage (Overview)

AtSeat may store:

• Authentication details
• Profile information (name, optional email)
• Last active session time
• Search queries (cached for performance)

This data is not used for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties. Further details are available in our Privacy Policy.

8. Accuracy of Information

Information shown in the App (menus, availability, hours) is provided by third-party sources. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.

9. Intellectual Property

All App content, branding, and design are owned by AtSeat or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtSeat shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if the App is discontinued.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
